How to Become a Contract Vendor
Mohave’s cooperative purchasing model allows vendors to connect with hundreds of public agencies across Arizona through one competitively awarded contract, helping save time and effort while streamlining access to new opportunities.
Learn how Mohave contracts are awarded
To become a Mohave contract vendor, your company must be awarded a contract through a competitive solicitation. This ensures a fair, transparent, and compliant process. There are no alternative pathways to vendor status.
Review available opportunities
Mohave releases solicitations throughout the year across a wide range of products and services. Each solicitation includes a detailed Scope of Work outlining requirements and expectations.
Register as a Vendor
Mohave uses the OpenGov Procurement platform for vendor registration and solicitations. Registration ensures you receive notifications for available opportunities.
Submit a bid or proposal
Vendors may respond to solicitations that align with their offerings by submitting bids or proposals through OpenGov prior to the stated deadline. Submissions are evaluated in accordance with the solicitation criteria and may receive an award to become a Mohave contract vendor.
